Training, Testing & Workforce Support Services
In addition to care and coordination services, Ready and Willing 2 Help provides education and screening services that support safe care environments, workforce readiness, and compliance requirements.
CPR, First Aid & BLS Training
We offer CPR, First Aid, and Basic Life Support (BLS) training through ECSI (Emergency Care & Safety Institute). Courses follow nationally recognized standards and are available to caregivers, staff, and community members.
Training options include:

CPR and BLS courses are educational in nature and do not constitute medical treatment or clinical services.
TB Testing
We are licensed through the Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) to provide tuberculosis (TB) testing as part of employment, onboarding, and compliance screening requirements.
TB testing services are offered in accordance with applicable state regulations and are commonly used for:

Drug Screening
Ready and Willing 2 Help also provides drug screening services through National Drug Screening, Inc. to support workplace safety and compliance.
