Devoted Transportation LLC provides safe, dependable, and timely non-medical transportation services for individuals and families across Indiana. Our mission is to ensure clients arrive comfortably, safely, and on time to their destinations while maintaining dignity, respect, and independence.
We specialize in transportation support for routine appointments, adult day programs, therapy visits, community activities, and other essential trips. Our services are designed to remove transportation barriers and support continuity of care—without providing medical or clinical services.
Devoted Transportation operates as a non-medical transportation provider and does not offer emergency transportation, medical treatment, or clinical decision-making.

Is Devoted Transportation available for Medicaid clients?
Yes. Devoted Transportation serves Medicaid-approved clients in accordance with Indiana NEMT requirements, as well as private-pay individuals and organizations.
Are drivers trained and screened?
Yes. Drivers are screened, trained, and educated in safety procedures, HIPAA awareness, and client privacy. Drivers assist with safe entry and exit from vehicles but do not provide medical assistance.
Do you provide emergency transportation?
No. Devoted Transportation does not provide emergency or urgent medical transportation. In an emergency, please call 911.
